1. How to Track Your Order

  • Tracking Link: A clickable link that will direct you to the carrier’s website, where you can check your package’s real-time status.

If you haven't received the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, you can track your order manually or contact us for assistance.


2. Track Your Order Manually

If you didn’t receive the tracking email or lost the tracking link, you can still track your order using the following steps:

  1. Visit the Carrier’s Website:
    Go to the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  2. Enter Your Tracking Number:
    In the “Track” or “Track Your Package” section, enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

  3. Check Your Order Status:
    The carrier’s website will show the current status of your shipment, including its estimated delivery date.


3. Tracking Information Not Updated

In rare cases, tracking information may not update immediately. This can happen due to various reasons such as:

  • The carrier is processing the shipment.
  • There may be a delay in scanning the package.
  • The package is in transit but has not yet been scanned at a checkpoint.
